Pat's Rubber Legs Jig Stone Fly Nymph

If you fish any rivers on the west coast, you need to have Stone Flies in your box. It wasn’t until I started tying them on smaller jig hooks that I got super confident fishing with Pat’s Rubberlegs. When I turn rocks over to see what’s there, I usually find small nymphs that are no bigger than size 10. Most rivers the bugs are coffee and black, but I do see Golden and Skwala occasionally.
These are on a size #10 hook with a 4mm bead. They weigh .67g making them great point flies.
